That woman said to put the child naked on the pile of fresh wheat grains at noon. Everyone knows that fresh wheat is available in the month of May. Perhaps those were early days of June. Thus, according to the order of the unknown doctor, the child was put to sleep without clothes on wheat grains in the sun.
My friend told me an incident of his house. That we live in a village where there is a lot of ignorance. One of our children became sick. We took him to many doctors but he did not recover. Those days an unknown woman came to the village. She told about a treatment and she treated.
That woman said to keep the child on the pile of fresh wheat crop at noon by taking off his clothes. Everyone knows that fresh wheat becomes available during the month of May. Perhaps those were the early days of the month of June. Thus, according to the orders of the lady doctor the child was laid in sun without clothes on hot grains. The child was crying. He was weltering. Shaking his arms so that may be his mother’s hands may fall on his arm. But everyone was watching quietly that may be the child was recovering. The child became quiet after crying a lot. And he was cured. That pitiable child died. He died after weltering. His mother’s whole life was spent in desire and agony. The child passed away in front of her eyes. Even today there are many families in which people believe on this type of ignorant way of treatment. Due to which one has to bear loss of both life and property. The main reason for this is lack of knowledge and attention. Those parents who take suggestions for their children from every Tom, Dick and Harry bear these kinds of losses. One should always be careful regarding the matters of children. And suggestion should be sought from a designated physician.
Stayed SafeThe Scorpion
One of my friends is Muhammad AkhtarQaimKhaani. He told about an incident of his. That Allah Almighty otherwise takes responsibility of not only humans but animals too. He Almighty completely secures even the ones who are sleeping. Similarly, one night I was sleeping below on the floor of my room. I was in a deep sleep. It was around 2–2:30 a.m. at night. A knocking voice came from nearby me. Due to which I woke up. I woke up and switched on the light. I saw that there was a scorpion that a lizard had squeezed under its teeth. And whenever the scorpion tried to sting the lizard, the latter tried to save its body from the sting of the former. Due to which the knocking voice was produced. Because underneath there was laid a carpet made of plastic. The lizard then started eating it from the side of its mouth. Till the time the scorpion had breath in it, it kept on trying to sting the lizard. But it could not sting the lizard. At last the lizard ate the whole scorpion. And like this I was saved from the sting of the scorpion. Perhaps the lizard became a source for saving my life.
